What are your standard delivery times and costs?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We offer free delivery on orders over £150 to most UK mainland addresses, while smaller orders incur a flat shipping fee.
Do you offer a 'Click & Collect' service?
Yes, you can place your order online and collect it from any of our Tanners retail branches at no extra cost. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
What happens if a bottle arrives broken or the wine is faulty?
If your order is damaged in transit or you find a bottle to be 'corked' or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a full replacement or refund.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a complimentary gift message which we will print and include inside the delivery.
Do I need to be home to sign for my wine delivery?
Yes, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers operate a 'Challenge 25' policy and may request valid photo ID.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?
